She regularly counsels in areas of corporate formation, restructuring, ownership and shareholder rights and best practices, contracts, leasing, merger, acquisition, finance, subsidiary creation, startups, employment, planning, risk management, personnel, real estate and other matters. Through CLG's custom services, Michelle consults in a video format for sharing, meetings and archival references. Through her ownership in law firms prior to Commercial Law Group, P.A. as well as CYA Service Corp., FinelyRevealed on YouTube and The Big Brass, Inc. her business experience helps her translate, explain and streamline issues and solutions for her clients.

She has represented financial institutions and private lenders in loan documentation, workout, UCC article 3, 4, 8 and 9 issues in addition to matters involving loan enforcement, lender liability, ECOA, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and receiverships. She regularly documents, modifies and restructures all types of collateralized loan transactions (real estate, asset-based, securities, trust transactions, uncertificated securities, etc.) for traditional lenders, private lenders, SBA micro loan lenders and CMBS Special Servicers for commercial real estate projects. Now out of the courtroom she uses that experience to provide risk analysis, loan enforcement strategies, corporate representative deposition preparation, document training, government subpoena response and guidance on best practices.
